I remember many years ago a British friend asking me: Why would you want to drive around in a lorry all day?  I have never understood the move away from small cars in America.

Should we outlaw SUVs?

They are an enormous cause of emissions, and deadly to pedestrians? Is it time for automakers to stop selling them or cities to stop allowing them on their streets
