There is so much published on COVID-19 that it gets overwhelming. A good one from NPR that is both real-world and technical.

I was one of those breakthrough cases, in early August. My symptoms were, as they often are for the fully vaccinated, pretty much indistinguishable from the common cold. In fact, had I not recently read that information in a BBC report, I probably would not have gotten tested to discover that it was, in fact, Covid-19. And who knows how many more people I might have spread it to.
As it was, my wife and I had been out shopping the day before in a number of small boutiques and galleries. I can only hope that I didn’t infect anyone in those visits. I was wearing a mask when indoors, so the chances are reduced.
